On Nelly: Aww, the southern twag of Nelly finally finds its home on my list. Hate it or not, he became one of the most successful artists reppin’ the south in 2000, and omitting his 4 year hiatus, he still continued to put out hits for the masses. Will he continue this with his anticipated album Brass Knuckles? We’ll have to wait and see. For now, we can continue our discussion on whether or not his lyrics are considered skillful or dumbed down.
